How can I use my iPod on my Kenwood receiver?

I have a Kenwood KDC-x689 receiver and want to know how to use the configuration auxiliary I can use my iPod? The only source I can see are the options of CD, tuner, and standby. I already have a cable connection, I just need to change the font.

Kenwoods go to the site and download a Reference Manual (unless you have a loan) I am not covered for you, but with some covers you have to go to a menu to activate the AUX.
