What evidence Vacuum Tube Audio Amplifier?
I have an old phonograph 1964 Emerson with a vacuum tube amplified stereo. I can not say if he broke the speakers or if Vacuum Tubes are made. I wanted to test vacuum tubes, and I have a ohmmeter / voltmeter. There are about 8 or 9 pins on the vacuum tube. I think they are dual Triode Tubes. Not knowing which of these pins to test to see if I can spend a current through them. Does anyone know of any plan for these tubes? Or maybe you know more about the phonograph? The sound of contact between the needle and record, but not by the speakers. They creak a little if I mess with the volume of knowledge or gain adjustment.
