Radiatro transformer get hot wings, which explains why and how it can be attenned?

we use 1 no. 22000/433V transformer 3000 kVA load of the crane. Very recently, the transformer oil have fled and are valid. For the last week of the 6 wings transformer radiators heated. What is the reason for this sudden heat? How do you deal straightened? What tests should be performed to find fault? thank you
