I have many DV tapes, I want to reuse. What is the best approach?

Dear reader, I have many tapes DV I would return to use. What is the best approach? 1. Register a signal on the existing 2. Blank Tape before reuse If you recommend 2, please recommend model DV tape thickness. Do you bulk delete to remove the time code? ... time code or stay?

There is no reason to blank tape before reuse. Just sign on the existing record.
