There will be compatibility problems when adding a CD changer to a head existing tape?

I decided go with the option to add an MP3 CD changer with an officer of BMW cassette operating system, not as I do not spoil the look the dashboard. But I am not sure if the existing leader can play MP3 CD players. Does anyone know if this will be a problem. (If possible, add as a connector so you can play my iPod).

HI main business unit with adapter appropreate and changer/mp3 CD changer will play MP3, difficulty is that the record does not permit recognition of all the songs in a CD will be merged into an album effectively. I'm not the same on my alpha is acceptable, even better than CD changer can also add an accessory to turn so the iPod interface or CD changer. Personally, if you have the iPod and then use that not only is it cheaper, but you can control the music from the iPod too, I hope this helps
