What could cause tinnitus, noises in a Tube Amp?

I have a cheap tube amp that worked 5W to me until last night. I went to play, if play some notes such as F on the G string 10th box makes this metallic sound Very Strong. I can compare with a car that will end in the ground. It comes through the speaker. I'll take it for a professional look when I get money, but I was hoping someone here might have run into the same situation. Its got an EL84 Power Tube. Thank you for any assistance that do not play hard at all. I can play a melody style jazz guitar chord. The higher the field, makes more noise. Do not do anything with the lower notes.

It is not unusual for the valves (Meaning of the tube uk!) A "micro". I think just changing the EL84 will work.
