I am interested namely, that users appreciate the service more social service and why. It is always a difficult situation to get social services involved, and that means it may have family problems, but it would be really helpful if the response if the family or the client may benefit, instead of finding a punitive rigid.

If we got rid of 50% of managers who are not productive effective and could increase the number of frontline workers to assist them to achieve the objectives that the person has established for themselves and make the whole process more streamlined, so that people can see the service and make the right decisions resopurces available.
