How do I know if my receiver has enough power for these speakers?
Will be less vague now, I have two JL-750W speakers Kenwood I think using a Sansui QRX-9001 receiver (I have not yet). All I could find on the speakers is as follows: 3 3-way system speaker impedance of 8 ohms 140w range maximum input frequency of 40 Hz - 20 kHz and from what I remember, Receiver Manual, said: 60W per channel. (Four) 120w per channel. (Stereo) and I think it says to use the speakers below 8 to 16 ohms? So, this receiver to be able to drive 4 of these speakers? What is there 2? Otherwise, I need different players, what specifications should I look?
Even the recipient of the drive lighter If most stakeholders in a house. The power is really important that if U tries fill a gym hall. About the only exception to this is a subwoofer needs a lot of energy to it, and if you have a box low-power, which is not independent of the main speakers, then U might need a formidable power. U must be careful not to communicate with many speakers to a receiver to prevent its total load is too low and overheating of the receiver. I could not find Sansui QRX specifications-9001, but most cases, recipients of court-old had four amplifiers, if you connect the speakers each amplifier U so U do not to worry about the impedance (ohms) is too little. Some U.S. speakers have an impedance of 4 ohms or 6, and some receivers do not want to see no less than 8 ohms.
