Recommendations for a service transfer High Quality video?

I have several reels of old movies, 8mm, which for several decades. I think it is time to convert to digital forms. But I read that there can be a variety of ways in which this is done, and Results vary. Anyone have experience with a company that does a good job? I mean scanning frame, high definition images, and the possibility of having the images stored on a hard drive. Thank you.

Looks like you're looking for a high quality service. I know Costco and Ritz Camera that people who upload movies. I do not know how good they are. Your best bet if you go for quality is to ask a photographer friend to see if they have a mouth. One of many places online advertising, but again, do not know to what extent they are in the correction color, etc., unless it is someone who has tried their service.
