No sound on you tube or any other similar site, including online radio?

Hello, I use Windows Vista on my Toshiba problem A205.The Satellite I can not hear all the time, every sound you visit any site like YouTube or including radio.Sounds online and volumes in other media as CD or DVD playback is normal. Please help.
