Why the Church of God, cover your head with the veil?

I visited the Church of God with my friend. Then I seen women covered their heads with a veil during prayer. I have never seen women cover their heads with veils in church. I know that women cover their heads with a veil over a Catholic. Why that cover their heads with the veil when they pray?
