What is the best ear headphones with bass and great sound for under $ 50?

There must be a suppression of noise (probably can not not get this kind for under $ 50), but something with great sound and bass for my MP3 player. I hate going into a store and buy a pair of headphones and then having to go back because the sound is not what I wanted. HELP!
