Robot with a lion's head, as the torso?

I'm looking for this cartoon im guessing is 80. he was a boy who met with a golden lion, and when problems were invited to provide the lion call the rest of the piece forming the robot. and I think your special move is this huge fireball from his chest (which is the lion head) and I think a sword out of the mouths of lions (then the form of robot) anyway I really appreciate the help you can offer.
