Step Down Voltage Converter / regulator?

Looking to buy a coffee roaster against the principle which requires making 30 amps and 120, according to the manufacturer to use about 21A. The only issue / circuit that can handle the load at the moment is a shot of 240 V. We have a cook gas and we're not currently using the system. Does anyone know of a manufacturer who stepped down separate outer (240 to 120) processors voltage / regulator that can connect to a land (North America) 220V? Note: a) need not be variable, only a fixed 240V to 120V is perfect. b) It would also require some regulation of internal tension and stabilizing the erratic tensions affect the (dark) roast.

If each stage of circuit 240 is 30-amp transformer is not necessary at all. The kits are traveling in foreign countries with a variety of adapters for connecting to 240 outlets, which use only one step of the circuit that is 120V. Find the adapter into your outlet, and you will be in use! Not seek to make such an adapter yourself if you have a degree in Electricity / Electronics!
